Privacy Policy

You can generate a birth chart and chat with the astrologer without an account and without giving us any personal data. Charts are calculated in real time and are not stored.

If you choose to sign in, we store your email so you can return. You may also optionally save birth details and let the astrologer remember a few facts about you. Both are optional, both can be deleted by you at any time.

• Email address — only when you sign in. It is how you get back into your account. We never store a password, because there are none: sign-in uses a 6-digit code emailed to you.
• Session token — a random value that proves you are signed in. In a browser it lives in an HttpOnly cookie; in the mobile app it lives in the device Keychain/Keystore. It expires after 30 days.
• Saved birth details — only if you explicitly save a chart: the date, time, place name and coordinates you entered. We do not store the calculated chart; it is recomputed each time you load a profile, so it is never stale.
• Chat memory — only if you switch it on (it is off by default): a few short facts you share, such as your current city or a life event. We do not store full chat transcripts.

• The calculated chart, Navamsa, Dasha or Yoga output.
• Full chat transcripts.
• Passwords or payment card details.

Your data is handled only by the processors needed to run the service, and never sold:

• AWS Lightsail — hosts the website and application.
• AWS RDS (PostgreSQL) — stores accounts, saved birth details and chat memory.
• Resend — delivers the sign-in code email.
• Google (Gemini) / OpenAI — generate the astrologer's replies. When you chat, the derived chart tables and, if enabled, your remembered facts are sent to generate a response. Your raw date, time and place of birth are not sent.

Account, saved birth details and chat memory are kept until you delete them or delete your account. Sign-in codes live for 10 minutes and are destroyed once used. Database backups are kept for 14 days and then discarded.

• Chat memory is off by default and can be switched off at any time.
• You can view everything the astrologer remembers and remove any item, or forget everything at once, from the “What the astrologer remembers” panel.
• Every saved chart has a delete control, and you can ask us to delete your account and all associated data.

To exercise any of these rights, or to raise a grievance, contact us on WhatsApp. We will respond within a reasonable period.

The service is not directed at children. Please do not create an account or submit personal data on behalf of a child without appropriate authority.

We may update this policy as the service evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new “last updated” date.
